Title : Microwave Antenna Installer & Integrator :

Description :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Microwave Antenna Installer to join our team. As a crucial member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of Ericsson Mini Link 6366 antenna standoff mounts on various surfaces, primarily shelter walls.

Responsibilities :

• Install Ericsson Mini Link 6366 antenna mounts on walls according to technical specifications and safety guidelines.
• Ensure proper alignment and positioning of mounts for optimal signal reception.
• Utilize appropriate tools and equipment for installation, including drills, wrenches, and safety gear.
• Collaborate with team members to coordinate installation schedules and project timelines.
• Conduct thorough inspections of installation sites to identify any potential obstacles or hazards.
• Maintain accurate records of installation activities, including materials used and work performed.
• Perform JHA & Deliver Close-out packages for each site.

Requirements :

• Previous experience in installing microwave antenna stand-off mounts, preferably with Ericsson Mini Link 6366 models.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and installation diagrams.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for working at heights.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to understand MOP & Integrate Mini link equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications :

• OSHA, CPR & First Aid, RF Safety Certification.
• Familiarity with RF (radio frequency) technology and microwave transmission systems.
• Experience working with telecommunications equipment and infrastructure.
