The General Labor position is an entry level position and a great start for those individuals seeking to learn a trade, as there are opportunities for advancement into the CNC Department, Welding or other Aerospace opportunities within.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to use basic shop math.
• Ability to maintain production standards while maintaining acceptable first time quality.
• Basic computer knowledge

Also adhere to all plant safety rules and regulations and Division policies and procedures, maintain cleanliness of work area, and represent Division and Corporation to customers, suppliers and co-workers in a professional manner.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or GED equivalent. One to two years manufacturing experience preferred.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

Following established methods and procedures, must be able to perform, but not limited to, the following: good oral and written communication skills; good organization skills; use of job related gages; and mechanical ability.

INTERPERSONAL, TEAM SKILLS

Must demonstrate attitude, ability and willingness to contribute to a respectful team environment.
