Monday - Friday (7 : 30AM - 4 : 00PM)

What you bring to SBHG (Qualifications) :

• High School Diploma required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Experience using electronic medical records systems or comparable required.
• Two (2) years’ experience in quality assurance or two (2) years of direct treatment services delivery in mental health is preferred.
• Previous helpdesk end-user support experience preferred.
• A valid California Driver's License is required.

The Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Specialist plays a pivotal role at SBHG by overseeing the EMR help ticket system. They demonstrate expertise in identifying, researching, and resolving both workflow and technical issues independently and collaboratively.

Managing support tickets aligns with departmental procedures, and the specialist actively contributes to planning and implementing EMR system enhancements and other projects.

Additionally, the specialist leads meetings, coordinates activities, and contributes to developing EMR training materials and user guides.

Their commitment to staying current with technical skills through training and webinars reflects a dedication to excellence.

This role may require work outside regular business hours and presents opportunities for remote work based on department and company needs.
