STARR Restaurants is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Solutions Analyst to join the team! This individual will play a crucial role in optimizing operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the restaurants. The Restaurant Solutions Analyst will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and profitability. This individual's insights and recommendations will be instrumental in helping the restaurants thrive.

Responsibilities Include:

• Advocate for the value of various IT business processes and encourage their use within the larger organization
• Lead requirements gathering (including interviewing users, analyzing work processes and operations, establishing solution objectives, and evaluating systems functionality) to uncover insights about various business processes and opportunities to improve existing services and explore new ones
• Work closely with development, operations, and support teams during business process-related projects, including writing use cases and assisting in prioritizing system features and functionality
• Contribute to planning new or enhanced IT services or service bundles based on partner input and knowledge of STARR policies and standards
• Research, investigate, and promote the use of existing and emerging technologies to support or enhance IT operations and work
• Perform initial testing of enhancements and provide feedback to solution suppliers as needed - coordinate with subject matter experts on second-level testing
• Create and maintain all documentation for assigned applications to establish standards for configuration and enhancements within the application
• Provides ongoing support and maintenance as assigned
• Ask thoughtful questions, take risks, and champion new ideas
