**Job Overview:**
1099 Contractor similar to Uber or DoorDash contracts instead of W-2. Full pay without taxes deducted. You file your own taxes at the end of the year just like with a W-2. Take on as many or as few jobs as you are able to handle each week. Flexible schedule.
Must:
-Have 1 year minimum cleaning experience
-Own a reliable vehicle
-Own cleaning equipment and supplies (Vacuum, Mop, etc)
-Pass a Criminal Background Check
-Once you start earning, you are to get Liability Insurance for yourself to cover any accidental damage or theft claims from customers.
We are seeking a dedicated House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment for our clients.
**Duties:**
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Vacuum carpets and rugs
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Make beds and change linens
- Empty trash receptacles
- Restock cleaning supplies
**Experience:**
- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of custodial practices and procedures
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and carpet cleaners
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
**Skills:**
- Experience in cook or launder roles is a plus
- Familiarity with custodial duties
- Knowledge of sanitization practices
- Experience in commercial cleaning or carpet cleaning is advantageous
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
