Starkey Hearing is looking to add an NPI Sourcing Manager to provide cross-commodity sourcing/supply management leadership for New Product Introduction teams and/or technology and research programs at our global headquarters in Eden Prairie, MN. You will serve as program manager to ensure integration and execution of best-in-class supplier engagement processes to deliver on time-to-market, cost, quality and innovation goals while mitigating risk. This role will coordinate the transfer of program information and responsibilities to commodity team and supply-chain planning personnel such that they are effective in meeting program goals. Use strong negotiations, problem solving, analytical skills, and financial acumen.
