Community Living Supervisor

$46,363.20 Salary

Typical work schedule: M-F 10AM-6PM. However, will be expected to work outside of these hours including weekends if needed.

Summary of Position:

A Community Living Supervisor (CLS) leads others in supporting people with Intellectual/ Developmental disabilities. This flexible and exciting career provides the opportunity to nurture and change the lives of people by actively engaging them in meaningful activities and training opportunities. The successful candidate effectively communicates with employees, by listening to their concerns, supporting and encouraging their ideas and work, and providing feedback.

Education Requirements for the Community Living Supervisor role:

Must have proof of education. High School Diploma/ GED. BA/BS in human services field preferred.

Experience needed for Community Living Supervisor role:

Minimum 1 year of experience working with persons with intellectual disabilities. Previous supervisory experience preferred. ASL (American Sign Language) preferred.
