STARK SECURITY INC. IS HIRING IMMEDIATELY!
We are looking for an attentive Security Guard with Superb Customer service to ensure that our property is protected. The Security Guard is responsible for the protection of visitors and staff, patrolling the property, and apprehending any trespassers.
To be successful as a Security Guard you must be alert, professional, and provide superb customer service. A good Security Guard is aware of all visitors to the property and ensures that no inappropriate actions take place.
Security Guard Responsibilities:
- Must provide superb customer service to everyone (guests/owners) at all times.
- Must not be sitting while people(guests/owners) are present in the lobby. You must be standing at post.
- Must help all guest with water.
- Must help guest with where the Restrooms are located by walking them towards the Restroom not just pointing to it.
- Must wear a blazer as part of their uniform.
- Must not be on their cell phone at any time.
- Must periodically make their rounds throughout the hotel.
- Must be comfortable intervening and de-escalating situations.
- Must make guests aware of rules that must be adhered to.
- Must remove trespassers or unwanted individuals from the property.
- Must contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
- Must report to supervisors regularly.
- Must record any suspicious activities with the supervisor.
Security Guard Requirements:
- A high school qualification or equivalent.
- State PERC License.
- Basic first aid skills would be advantageous.
- Physical strength and fitness.
- Prior experience as a Security Guard would be advantageous.
- Attention to detail.
- Experienced in customer service.
