We are a womens fashion retail and design company located inside of a large shopping center. We are looking for a strong experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our fashion retail team.

As a Retail Operations Manager, you set the tone for the store and the team and assist the General Manager to bring our brand to life for our in-store and online customers. You are responsible for managing sales associates, supporting the execution of the store strategy to achieve sales goals. through collaboration with your General Manager. You are responsible for overseeing in-store merchandising, running weekly or monthly sales reports, closing out POS system each evening, resolving internal staffing and customer issues. Overseeing inventory management. Communicating policies and procedures to sales staff. You are a key-holder. You manage the operations of the company.

What you'll do Manage day to day operations. Support strategies and processes to drive store sales and deliver results through a customer-oriented mindset.

Who you are An outstanding problem solver, a current or former retail manager with 1-3 years of retail management experience, preferably in fashion retail. Ability to adapt to change, a quick learner, takes initiative, efficient with some college A strong leader with excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with customers and your team to meet goals. Passionate about retail and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Agreeable to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holiday, evening, overnight and weekend shifts. Able to utilize retail technology. Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and lift up to 30 pounds. Ability to travel as required.

Compensation - $20 - $25 per hr PLUS COMMISSION
