We are seeking a customer service representative to assist in retail customer support and inside account management. We are looking for someone who has very strong communication and organizational skills and who can build relationships with customers. If you like working with the public and like a fast-paced environment, this job is for you. The main task will be to assist retail and business customers in placing custom orders, retail floor management and receiving. Hours would be 8:30am to 5:00pm M-F and a rotation of Saturdays from 9:00am to 1:00pm.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise and maintain strong relationships with retail and business customers.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced retail environment.
