Our Family Dental Care office is looking for a Front Desk person who loves working with and caring for people, and has excellent organizational and communication skills.

This role includes welcoming patients into our office, a commitment to an exceptional clinical experience, communicating and coordinating treatment plans with patients and referring offices, and optimizing the daily schedule.

Responsibilities :

• Managing the schedule, phones & systems to ensure office production
• Following a reporting system
• Ensuring proper & timely insurance verification
• Collecting and ensuring accurate patient records

Requirements :

Prior people management experience (>

2 years)

• Prior Dental office experience
• Dental Insurance Verification
