QUALIFICATIONS FOR ALL POSITIONS ARE LISTED BELOW:

1) You must possess two valid forms of government issued identification that are in great condition - no tears, creases, lamination, etc.

2) You must be able to pass an FBI Fingerprint check to obtain a security badge

3) You must have FULL availability to work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday

4) You must have reliable transportation to the Airport

SERVERS

This position will be assigned a three to four table station in the restaurant during their shift. They are responsible for taking care of our guests during their meal period. Most of the shifts are either am or pm. We open very early in the airport because most of our stores serve breakfast. The am shift start times range from 5:00 am to 10:30 am and the pm shift start times range from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm and go until close. We are busy throughout the entire day.

All of our food servers are team players and perform several cleaning duties before, during, and after their shift. Server positions are tipped positions with an hourly pay of $2.13. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL TIPPED EMPLOYEES RECEIVE CREDIT CARD TIPS ON THEIR BI-WEEKLY PAYCHECKS. Most of our tipped position employees earn up to $30 per hour in gratuities. We require all of our food servers to be TABC and Food Handler certified before beginning their first day of work. All of our full-service concepts are high volume so 1-2 years of food server experience in a full-service name branded concept is a requirement for these positions. We provide structured training, however, due to volume, experience is a must.

The server position requires employees to have great communication skills, outgoing personalities, professional appearance, ability to interact positively with all co-workers and guests, and have overall good salesmanship. The server position requires employees to lift up to 30 pounds with frequent bending, stooping, and twisting. He/She works the entire shift on their feet so the ability to stand 100% during the entire shift is required.
