Your responsibilities will include daily service of guest rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring adherence to company standards and safety protocols.Key Responsibilities:- Perform thorough cleaning and organization of guest rooms, including changing linens, making beds, and maintaining the bathroom.- Keep the guest room tidy by sweeping, dusting, and cleaning windows and balconies.- Stock and arrange the housekeeping cart according to safety and security guidelines.- Address guest requests promptly and courteously to ensure their satisfaction.- Report any room issues or damage to the Senior Housekeeper and handle lost items left by guests.- Collaborate with the Housekeeping Supervisor to prioritize tasks and offer support as necessary.Education & Experience:- Previous experience in a hotel or similar field is preferred but not required.Physical Requirements:- Average workweek of 36-40 hours, with occasional long hours.- Capable of lifting, pulling, and pushing moderate weight (at least 20 lbs).- Able to bend, lift, and stand or walk for the entire shift.- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly.- Attentive and responsive to co-workers' and guests' concerns and issues.Our offer includes a competitive starting rate, flexible scheduling options, and a comprehensive benefits package.
