Dental Hygienist (RDH) Schedule: Full-Time 4 days per week

• Week 1: Monday (7a-6p), Tuesday (7a-5p), Thursday (7a-6p), Friday (7a-5p)• Week 2: Monday (7a-6p), Tuesday (7a-5p), Friday (7a-5p), Saturday (7a-2p)

-1 hr lunch designated all days except for Saturdays

A native of Richardson, TX, Dr. Rick Barfield attended J.J. Pearce High School and graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in Psychology. Since receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Texas A&M University College of Dentistry, he has been providing trusted dental care in the Plano, Texas area for more than 30 years. 1st in Smiles is an established practice with a loyal patient base and a long history of providing excellent dental care. Responsibilities

• Screening patients during check-ups
• Reviewing patient's history
• Administers prophylactic treatment by scaling and polishing
• Documents area of existing restorations
• Use of X-ray
• Instructing patients in oral hygiene technique and working with patients and their oral hygiene
• Conduct screenings
• Assist patients with oral hygiene

Qualifications

• Active Texas Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license required
• Current BLS/CPR certifications
• Maintain annual OSHA, HIPAA and Infection Control training
• All experience levels welcome to apply
