Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational and leadership skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate project teams.

Duties:

- Plan, coordinate, and manage construction crews for roofing and interior drywall, paint and bathroom rebuild

- Develop daily plans for scheduled work

-Document daily work progress via pictures, emails and reports

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure timely completion

- Track expenses and hours

- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality

- Communicate effectively with managment, clients, team members, and vendors

- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction

Experience:

- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role

- Proficient in project coordination and contract administration

- Solid understanding of construction processes and techniques

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction drawings

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Familiarity with construction estimating and cost control

- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
