Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management:
● Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
● Create and curate engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos, that align with the brand's image and messaging.
● Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
● Analyze social media metrics and insights to optimize content performance and drive continuous improvement.
Content Creation:
● Capture high-quality photos and videos during events and other hotel/restaurant activities for use in social media posts, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns.
● Write compelling copy for social media captions, event invitations, promotional materials, and blog posts.
Community Engagement:
● Foster positive relationships with guests, clients, influencers, and industry partners through proactive communication and engagement on social media platforms.
● Identify and leverage opportunities for collaborations, partnerships, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility and reach.
Develop Creative Promotional Packages:
● Brainstorm and develop innovative packages tailored to the target market and season.
● Create compelling promotional materials and advertisements.
Plan and Coordinate Promotional Events:

■ Holiday celebrations
■ Art Exhibits
■ Pop-up Shops
Event Coordination:
● Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of events, including but not limited to weddings, corporate functions, parties, and promotional events.
● Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless event execution from inception to completion.
● Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including venue setup, catering, entertainment, and audiovisual requirements.
● Provide on-site support during events, ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
Additional Tasks:
● Maintain accurate records of promotional activities, event budgets, and guest feedback.
● Conduct research to support sales and marketing initiatives as assigned.
● Serve as a support for the front desk team during busy periods or when additional staff is required.
●Gain insights into sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
● Actively seek opportunities to contribute to sales efforts and provide support to the sales team.
Experience:
● 2 years in Social Media Management
● Prior experience in event or project management is strongly preferred
● Experience in the marketing field throughout the greater El Paso area is strongly preferred
Qualifications:
● Proven experience in social media management, preferably in the hospitality industry.
● Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
● Proficiency in social media analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Insights, Sprout Social, Canva).
● Experience in event planning and coordination, including budget management and vendor negotiations.
● Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
● Passion for hospitality, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for guests.
