We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager for our US West region to provide marketing leadership and strategic expertise to establish Stantec’s desired market position, develop strong, lasting relationships with business and marketing leaders and key clients, find market opportunities and create winning proposal submissions/presentations and communications in the pursuit of specific project opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for people and projects—an energetic team player who can communicate effectively, manage multiple priorities at the same time, and thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Role Overview
Reporting directly to the US West Marketing Director, and with a strong alliance to the business line leadership, the Marketing Manager provides marketing management and strategic expertise to the regional leadership team to ensure understanding of the region’s strategic direction, and to develop and deliver the annual integrated marketing and business development plan to achieve the region’s financial and market leadership goals. Through a team of marketing professionals, the Marketing Manager works with regional/local leadership and practitioners to establish the desired market position within the region, identify market opportunities, and create winning proposal submissions/presentations and communications in the pursuit of specific project opportunities.
The role also includes working with a larger Stantec team of Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations, and Communications professionals to build our brand awareness and identify market opportunities for top line growth.

Salary Range(s):
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
Benefits Summary: Regular full-time and part-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage and paid family leave. Regular full-time and part-time employees will receive ten paid holidays in each calendar year. In addition, employees will be eligible to accrue vacation between 10 and 20 days per year and eligible for paid sick leave (and if more generous, in accordance with state and local law).
Temporary/casual employees have access to 401(k) plans, employee stock purchase program, and paid leave, in accordance with state and local law.
