Your Opportunity
Stantec Buildings is introducing a new position – Health Sector Technology Practice Leader, which will be a client facing leadership role, reporting to the technology discipline leadership. At its core, the role is intended to provide health facility technology visioning and consulting for our health sector clients, nationally and globally, as part of project pursuits, and project delivery. As the health sector technology practice leader, you will provide solutions for our clients that enhance the patient experience, improve care delivery, reduce costs, and ultimately improve patient outcomes.
The successful candidate can be located in any of Stantec’s Buildings locations in the United States.
Primary Role, Goals and Objectives
A strategic plan for healthcare technology consulting delivery to our clients.
Responses to healthcare project pursuits.
Strategic visions and technology roadmaps for our Healthcare clients.
Your Responsibilities
Develop and lead health technology visioning process for health sector clients.
Collaborate with and support the design teams on health technology systems integration strategies, cost and ROI analysis for multiple systems. These include, but are not limited to:
Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
Nurse Call Systems
Realtime Locating Systems (RTLS)
Patient Education/Entertainment
Healthcare Data Analytic Systems
Healthcare AI
Telemetry Systems
Data Network Systems
Building Automation/Control systems
Electronic Security Systems
Wireless Systems
Personal communication systems
Structured Cable Systems
Business Development/Marketing approximately 30% of time
Learning/Maintaining and Expanding Technical Skills – approximately20% of time.

Salary Range(s):
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
Benefits Summary: Regular full-time and part-time employees have access to medical, dental, and vision plans, a wellness program, health saving accounts, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, employee stock purchase program, life and accidental death & dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, short-term/long-term disability plans, emergency travel benefits, tuition reimbursement, professional membership fee coverage and paid family leave. Regular full-time and part-time employees will receive ten paid holidays in each calendar year. In addition, employees will be eligible to accrue vacation between 10 and 20 days per year and eligible for paid sick leave (and if more generous, in accordance with state and local law).
