Core Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities for this position are:

Warm and friendly welcoming of all guests.

Handling and delivering of luggage.

Parking and retrieving of all guest vehicles.

Explains Resort facilities and answers any questions guests may have about the property.

Always recommends Resort outlets and services during guests stay.

Escorting the guests to their room and completing a thorough orientation of the room.

Respond to guest requests for rides and luggage assistance.

Maintaining a tide bell area and clean golf carts

Assist guests if service team members are busy, offering refreshments and engaging guests in conversations.

Required Qualifications:

Valid Driver's License with an acceptable driver's record

Must have a passion for providing exemplary guest service

Ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and designated resort data.

Able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs

Clean driving record

Knowledgeable about the Valley and surroundings (Preferred)

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Hotel experience: 1 year (Preferred)
