The barback is an integral part of the Stanly Ranch team. The barback is responsible for assisting the bar team in all aspects of service including set up and break down. It is key to have clear communication skills with both the bar team and management to ensure the restaurant is set for success. It is imperative to be able to multitask under pressure and provide genuine hospitality at all times

Core Responsibilities

The key responsibilities for this position are:

• Stocking and setting the bar for service.
• Fill all ice bins behind the bar.
• Reviewing the bar prep list and completing the assigned tasks.
• Work with the bartenders to maintain the supply of product at the bar during service
• Be in constant communication with bar team and management concerning pars 
• Clear plate/ glassware from guests, while upholding the service standards of the bar.
• Keep bar area clean and tidy at all times

Required Qualifications 

• Must have previous bar backing experience. 
• Must have fine dining experience. High volume experience is a plus. 
• Must currently have (or have the ability to obtain) an RBS certification
• Must currently have (or have the ability to obtain) a Food Safety certification 
• Must be at least 21 years of age. 
• Must have full availability to include days, evenings, weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications 

• Previous hospitality experience. 
• Education: Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
