GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

The adjunct instructor will teach approved Fire/Rescue curriculum in the classroom, and online, if applicable. Instructor will be responsible for setting-up and cleanup of the classroom. Instructor should evaluate student progress, notify program coordinator of any issues or concerns, monitor supply levels, notify program coordinator of any needs, and adhere to all policies and procedures as dictated by SCC.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Appropriate Fire/Rescue certifications and/or instructor qualifications as necessary for a specific topic area.

• Fire/Rescue Certification
• Fire/Rescue Instructor Qualification (as necessary for specific topic area).
