The Job: As a Junior Account Manager, you'll be part of the Stanley Infrastructure team working as a virtual employee. During the rotational training program, you’ll function in three roles with varying responsibilities. In the first rotation, you’ll support our Customer Experience team. Specifically, you’ll gain an understanding of our customers, systems and products. Specifically, you’ll: Fulfill customer requests through incoming and outgoing telephone calls / emails providing information on whole goods, parts, pricing, availability, delivery, sales features and benefits, special programs and promotions. Process customer orders utilizing SAP order entry platform. Drive daily efficiency and communication through key dealer prioritization. Assist customers with initial contact on technical service questions, answering those issues as able, processing RGA forms for return items and product shortages, utilizing Technical Service Representatives for proper follow up and resolution. In your second rotation, you’ll join our Inside Sales team where you’ll sell our products and services by initiating and responding or follow up with established customers via phone & email. Specifically, you’ll: Deliver the sales goals and growth targets by building relationships with Non-Premier customers, promoting programs and initiatives and identifying conversion opportunities. Act as primary point of contact for assigned customers and delivery a world-class customer experience for all things sales, service & support. Utilize Salesforce.com (SFDC) to capture sales opportunities, activities and customer contacts. In your final rotation, you’ll work side-by-side with our Account Managers and Field Sales Team Leads to: Help deliver the sales goals and growth targets by building long-term relationships with Premier customers, promoting programs and initiatives, and identifying conversion opportunities. Assist with the resolution of customer issues promptly and maintain good communication between the customer and the Company. Provide Account Manager back-up and coverage for PTO and travel. Utilize Salesforce.com (SFDC) to capture sales opportunities, activities, customer contacts, whole good quoting (correct attachment for the right application), order conversion and reporting. Attend and participate in all necessary training related to product, technology (SFDC) and soft skills. Attend and participate in company sales meetings, training programs, trade shows, and conventions as directed. Prepare and submit call and expense reports as required. You also have: You must be mobile and able and willing to relocate within the continental United States; You must be interested in a career in the heavy equipment, construction or off-highway equipment, or hydraulic tool industry; Having a general understanding of basic machine or hydraulic equipment is beneficial, but not required; and While in the Field Sales rotation, you must be willing and able to travel both in- and out-of-state, (via car or plane) up to 40%-50% of the time.
