Job Title: IBM DataStage Developer

Relevant Experience (in Yrs): 7 to 12 years

Technical/Functional Skills:

• Strong ETL Tech design and development expertise with a working knowledge of DataStage.
• Knowledge of development methodologies & standards.
• Experience with DataStage administration, configuration, and tuning.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience Required:

• Hands-on experience with multiple end-to-end large DataStage Projects.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, guiding large teams both onshore and offshore.
• Expertise in planning and executing cut-over activities and post-production support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze, and develop interfaces and integration flows using DataStage.
• Possess a good understanding of relational databases, with experience working with different transformations.
• Lead large to small development teams in multi-phase, heterogeneous work environments, managing multiple work streams.

Generic Managerial Skills:

• Experience with multiple end-to-end large DataStage Projects.
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead, guiding large teams both onshore and offshore.
• Expertise in planning and executing cut-over activities and post-production support.

Pay: $65,072.67 - $110,000.00 per year
