• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems (commercial and residential) to prevent equipment failure, such as cleaning coils, replacing filters, belts, motors, etc on the systems.
• Diagnosing problems, repair/replace worn or defective parts.
• Possible repairs include but are not limited to repairing, calibrating or replacing controls, switches, thermostats, transformers, wiring fans, pumps, compressors, and motors.
• Check condensate drain lines to ensure that it is free from any debris and draining properly.
• Fix and or clear clogged drain lines.
• Weld/braze refrigerant lines and check for leaks.

• Must maintain company issued vehicle i.e. keep clean and secure and organize tools.
• Keep inventory of equipment and parts on vehicle.
• Keep a clean work space in the customer's home or commercial building

• Must be EPA certified
• Must be able to lift 10 pounds
• Have 3 to 5 years experience
• Clean Driving record
• Must possess customer service skills.
• Be honest and trust worthy.
• Ability to climb ladders to roofs and work in small spaces as needed.
• Must be able to work some nights and weekends when needed.

Working Days: M-F 8:00 a.m- 4:30 p.m. Rotating weekends.
