The Department of Medicine is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to co-lead and administer three central faculty programs – (1) Quality, (2) Clinical Excellence Committee, and (3) Value Based Care. The Program Manager will work alongside faculty leaders to plan, execute, and close projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. With a consolidated budget of more than $400 million and over 700 faculty members in 14 divisions, the Department of Medicine is the largest in the school and provides clinical services to approximately 40% of SHC patients; as such, the Program Manager will play a vital role in successfully managing these programs for the Department. The incumbent will help drive critical decision-making based on data and work with other cross-functional teams that support quality and community partnership initiatives for the department. It is essential that the Program Manager have a strong background in data analytics, process improvement, and administrative or clinical operations and demonstrate excellent working relationships with physician leaders. He or she often serves as a resource on special projects as required. The position requires excellent financial, human resources, strategic planning, and communication skills.

The expected pay range for this position is $66,560 to $120,000 per annum.
