Who YOU are:

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree/credentials preferred.
  • 7 to 10 years of sales or business development management experience, preferably at the executive level
  • Self-starter with strong leadership qualities, who can engage and collaborate professionally with all levels of staff, board members, and prospective partners.
  • Strong relationship-building skills; excellent presentation skills.
  • Creative thinker, with the ability to effectively problem solve. 
  • Ability to engage and manage staff in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organized and detail-oriented; ability to execute goals and delegate assignments.
  • Excellent, communication skills, includes presentation/public speaking and writing.
  • Experience with full-sales cycle from prospect to close.
  • Retail Banking or Banking Operations Background. Emphasis in fraud and risk mitigation preferred but not required.

What YOU’LL do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and member engagement strategy aligned with the company’s objectives and revenue targets.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a high performing sales and member engagement team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and member centric focus.
  • Drive member acquisition and retention efforts through innovative sales and engagement initiatives, leveraging data driven insights and market trends. 
  • Oversee the development and implementation of sales plans, campaigns, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and enhance member satisfaction. 
  • Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, industry influencers and external partners to expand the organization’s reach and impact.
  • Create and execute on strategies that support the Credit Union member acquisition strategy.
  • Identify and target new corporate partner relationships that align with our member acquisition strategies.
  • Provides leadership and direction to team of Relationship Managers who are responsible for our key corporate partner relationships and deepening these relationships. Monitor their performance using key sales metrics.
