Calling all veterinary students! Are you looking for some epic summer plans and have at least 8 weeks to spend with an amazing veterinary hospital? We are thrilled to offer paid professional experience with phenomenal teams across United Veterinary Care partner hospitals. Join us this summer as a Vet Student Summer Associate and continue your amazing growth within this profession.
Duties:
In this role, expect to perform work comparable to a veterinary assistant and also to be included in case discussions, participate or shadow in procedures or surgeries of interest, and work on your professional goals.
Your responsibility is to support the doctors and other team members in providing high quality medicine in a friendly and efficient manner that ensures excellent service to our clients and patients. You will report directly to the Hospital Manager (HM), with accountability to the Medical Director (MD). Your work will directly support the HM – MD partnership in support of hospital goals.
