Job Description : The Production Support role is the daily facilitator for preparing and packaging all products needed for fulfillment.

The production team must work at high levels of production efficiency, safety, and hygiene. The Production Support is expected to follow, maintain, and hold the team accountable to standard work methods and safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible.

Key Responsibilities : Communicate clearly and frequently with the Production Lead and wider teamWorking as a team to achieve daily, weekly, monthly production goalsOpen and close workstations in standard, compliant methodsDetermine daily needs for ingredients, prep workstations with required amountsDetermine daily needs for packaging, prep workstations with required amountsKeep workspace clear and free of clutterUnderstanding of different production and packaging tasks as needs change dailyUse daily checklists to keep facility running smoothlyUnderstanding the METRC associated tags and batch sticker processOperate machines in accordance with production scheduleMix ingredients according to predetermined recipesWeigh-out and apply pre-mixed coating solutionsGummy popping and sugaring, and production of gelatinPouring, trimming, and weighing chocolate barsTasking, including doing dishes, laundry, taking out garbages and cleaning moldsSleeve, sticker, package, wrap and heat seal all products post-productionFollow standard packaging protocolsOperate scalding machine and other packaging machinery as requiredAdhering to standard production and packaging KPIsBe proactive-find tasks when there is a break in production and / or packagingHelp co-workers finish tasksGeneral support tasks for all phases of production & packaging Requirements : 2 Years work Experience in any industryStrong communication skillsDrive and commitment to the role and teamResults and goal-oriented workerOperate with high standards in mind, no cutting cornersTakes ownership and accountability of workSupportive team member and co-worker Work Environment : This work environment can be loud, with large machinery operating 24 hours a day and multiple departments working side by side.

The Employee may be exposed to cleaning chemicals and intense smells from different products. The environment is cool as our facility is kept at 68 degrees or lower to stabilize the food products.
