• Review job specifications to determine the materials, tools, and equipment needed for a variety of waterproofing-related construction projects. 
• Lead an efficient, and safe team to complete the best work for your customers in a timely manner.
• Operate and train others to operate the equipment needed to get the job done.
• Hold yourself and your team accountable to follow all applicable safety guidelines.
• Install each job using company-approved, quality-driven methods.

• Preferred 2 years of construction experience.
• Previous Waterproofing experience is a plus! 
• A valid driver’s license is a must. 
• Experience operating skid loader or excavator preferred.
• Excellent communication skills. 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
