About the Role

This role will train in Houston but will work in Pearland. 

Job Type: Full-Time

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overall management responsibility for daily on-site operations at customers place of business
• Supports the customer’s product ordering needs and product selection
• Ensures compliance with SSD processes and procedures for on-site inventory
• Delivers operational excellence through KPI deliverables
• Maintains well organized and labeled inventory
• Partners with internal business partners to pass along relevant customer information
• Delivers excellent customer service by resolving customer and internal issues promptly
• Demonstrates Company Core Values

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in business related field preferred
• Industrial Supply/HVAC experience preferred
• Able and willing to work in a warehouse environment on a consistent basis
• Effective in-person and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and build relationships
• Successfully complete Company background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver’s License
