Purchasing Coordinator:
- Review stock purchase orders and make any necessary changes
- Review/Create transfers purchase orders to and from other branches.
- Review receiving stock receipts and ensure no mistakes were made
- Communicate with vendors via email or phone
- Monitor stock levels in the store to ensure there are no empty spots on the shelf.
- Bill Drop shipments
- Ensure 100% fulfillment on active items
