Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple locations within our organization. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, ensuring operational excellence, and providing leadership to your team. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise multiple locations within the assigned area (Cullman, Moulton, and Hartselle)
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Drive sales growth through effective business development strategies
- Ensure operational excellence by implementing efficient processes and procedures
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with company standards and policies
- Provide leadership and guidance to location managers and staff members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement initiatives

Experience:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably as an Area Manager or related position
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated success in driving sales growth and achieving business targets
- Proficient in strategic planning and execution
- Experience in process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
