Participate in the development of the overall internal communication strategy which reflects the needs of varied stakeholders in (marketing, business units, HR, IT, etc.).
Participate in the development of the appropriate structures, systems, competencies and values in order to meet and exceed the goals of the internal communications team.
Implement strategies to increase online traffic to Standard Bank websites.
Communicate the internal communications strategy and plan to internal stakeholders and external agency stakeholders.
Participate in the review of the internal communications strategy and plans.
Participate in the development of in-depth understanding of business unit strategies, plans and objectives.
Participate in the development of understanding of customer experience strategy, plans and objectives.
Participate in the development of the overall internal communication strategy which reflects the needs of varied stakeholders in (marketing, business units, HR, IT, etc.).
