Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for building trust and providing exceptional customer service. If you have a passion for sales and delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you!
Duties:
- Listen to customer's concern and accurately document their vehicle issues, in-person or over the phone
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and associated costs to customers
- Prepare accurate service estimates and obtain customer approval for repairs
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Follow up with customers after repairs are completed to ensure satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in automotive service writing is preferred but it is not required - we can train you!
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used for service writing or willingness to learn
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Experience working in a dealership environment is beneficial
- Proficiency in computer systems and software used for service writing
