Job Description: 

An industrial ceramic fiber insulation installer is responsible for the installation of ceramic fiber insulation materials in various industrial settings. Installation Planning, Material Preparation Cutting, fitting, and shaping ceramic fiber insulation materials to the required dimensions using hand tools and equipment, installing insulation materials on surfaces such as pipes, ducts, boilers, furnaces, and other industrial equipment using appropriate techniques to ensure effective insulation and thermal protection. Sealing and Finishing Applying sealants, adhesives, or coatings to insulation materials as necessary to enhance performance and durability. Inspecting completed insulation installations to ensure compliance with safety standards, specifications, and quality requirements. Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines to prevent accidents, injuries, and occupational hazards associated with insulation installation work.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two (2) years of prior experience in insulation installation.
• Consistent work history preferred.
• Successful completion of drug test and background check.
• Comprehensive knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Physical stamina and adaptability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Commitment to safety protocols and procedures.
