Job Description
Stamford Health, an award-winning Healthcare System, has an opportunity for a full time, experienced, Registered Nurse for our Primary Care Concierge Office, located at 5 High Ridge Park, Suite 103, Stamford, CT
Come join a well-established, highly productive team, consisting of 3 Primary Care physicians and a team of RNs! In this role, our Registered Nurse coordinates and develops patient care utilizing the Nursing Process and follows all established standards of practice within the State and Federal guidelines. Our Registered Nurse also provides supervision and mentorship of non-RN personnel & serves as a resource to both staff and management in problem identification and resolution. We are looking for an extremely compassionate & patient centric RN who can form strong and trusted relationships with patients in a retainer-based primary care practice with a reduced and discerning patient panel.
Full time 40 hours/week: Monday through Fridays, 8:30a - 5p. No weekends/holidays/on call

Qualifications
  • Valid license as Registered Nurse in CT.
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Excellent customer service / communication skills.
  • Minimum of 2 years RN experience required
