Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans

- Perform various nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and IV therapy

- Provide education and support to patients and their families

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and comprehensive patient care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (Cerner)

- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment for patients

Requirements:

- Valid LPN license in [STATE]

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred

- Knowledge of occupational health, family planning, memory care, pediatrics, and laboratory procedures

- Proficient in administering medications, including inhalation therapy, gastric lavage, and specimen collection processing

- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME) usage and maintenance

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
