Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Server/ Bartender to join our team. As a Server/ Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious beverages for our guests. This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take orders and process payments accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Provide recommendations on drink selections based on customer preferences
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of banquet operations is a plus
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is preferred
- Strong math skills for accurate measurement and calculation of ingredients
- Excellent sales skills to upsell and promote specialty drinks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of different brewing techniques and beer styles is an asset

Pay: $10.00 - $20.00 per hour
