Heartfelt Home Healthcare Services, Inc., a leading provider of Home Health in Northwestern PA, has a great Full-Time opportunity for a friendly, compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team of home care clinicians for a client in Erie. This position will work directly under a Registered Nurse. Home health experience is preferred but not required. Contact us today to learn more.
*Experience *- Licensure of Licensed Practical Nurse. Any background would qualify for this position.

* Must be a full-time hire of 36 or more hours per week
