What you'll be doing:
The Continuous Improvement Coordinator serves as a resource to support in problem-solving and assist all levels of employees and management in identifying waste and improvement opportunities. They facilitate appropriate process improvement methods and support the effective implementation and use lean methodologies and tools to accomplish business objectives; eliminate waste and inefficiencies within the production. Additionally, they ensure the existence of standard operating procedures to meet short- and long-term business needs and share best practices with affected work groups.
