What you'll be doing:
As a Customer Success Specialist at Stahls’ you will work in a supportive culture with other incredibly talented and intelligent people, creating industry-leading products. You will also have growth opportunities as we have a culture that supports your personal and professional development.

The Customer Success Specialist is key to helping our new and existing customers succeed by using our Stahls’ Fulfill Engine software solutions. Stahls’ Fulfill Engine offers a production management and eCommerce solution to help apparel decorators deliver products and services more efficiently and profitably than ever before. Our Customer Success team helps our customers grow their business by leveraging all the capabilities and services that our software has to offer. The Customer Success Specialist will onboard new customers to the Stahls’ Fulfill Engine platform, be a primary point of contact, and work to expand the customers’ use of all features, partnerships, and capabilities in the Stahls’ Fulfill Engine platform.

  • Onboard new customers to the Stahls’ Fulfill Engine software.
    • Help customers set up their instance of the Stahls’ Fulfill Engine platform.
    • Train customers on using the platform in their business.
  • Conduct regularly scheduled status calls with customers to ensure satisfaction, assist with resource needs, and identify training opportunities.
  • Respond to customer questions and requests.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers during and after onboarding to ensure continued use of the platform.
  • Train and support customers when new features roll out.

What we are looking for:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Preferred: 1-2 years of experience supporting customers at a software as a service (Saas) solution.
  • Preferred: Experience training and supporting customers building eCommerce webstores and/or managing production of decorated apparel.
  • Experience in the apparel decoration industry.
  • Experience with Heat Printing.
