Job Purpose:

Receive, confirm, and monitor ticket inventory in all formats to ensure they are available for sale and fulfillment. Utilize the inventory management technology and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers regarding the status of an order, including any issues or discrepancies.


Essential Functions:

  • Interact with clients to handle service inquiries and problems in a timely, professional, and accurate manner via phone, email, or chat
  • Utilize our inventory management technology to process hard stock/digital tickets, sales transactions and create new events.
  • Produce reports to ensure quality control /accuracy of all incoming inventory
  • Maintain spreadsheets of delayed events by venue using SharePoint
  • Focus on multisystem data entry
  • Attend and participate in various departmental meetings with feedback and reports on quality assurance service levels, results, and recommendations for process improvements
  • Remain abreast of current procedures and changes
  • Responsible for mail and package receipt and delivery, including lifting to 20 pounds.
  • Responsible for performing other tasks, as assigned.
