A small restructuring business is hiring a contracting/bidding clerk.

Responsibilities:

-Data entry

-Bid preparation and submission

-Maintaining and updating contract templates

-Source product from multiple vendors

-Develop responses for client requests for proposals (rfq/rfp)

-Maintain bids, check government sites

Requirements

-High school diploma

-Some college preferred.

-Proficient in the use of computers and excel

-Fluent in both verbal and written English.

-Experience (this position does not require previous experience in sourcing but does require the ability to focus, work quickly, accurately and perform basic math functions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $38,000.00 per year
