Staffworks is Hiring a Shipping and Receiving Associate - 1st Shift Near Farmington, CT
Pay Rate:
$17.00 Hourly

- Responsible for ensuring that all receipts are processed on a timely basis.
- Ensures that receipt of product and raw material is performed in accordance with receiving responsibilities of verifying the product against P.O.
- Inputs all required data into computer system to document receipt of product.
- Assist with various daily inquires from the floor.
- Ensures raw material is properly identified prior to transferring to stock/floor.
- Maintains and orders standard packaging supplies.
- Previous manufacturing experience.
- Forklift experience desired but not required, will train.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to read and write in English to follow instructions.
- Manual dexterity to operate machinery for precision work.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds of objects from a low to higher position.
