As the Regional Director in our Ohio market, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the operational and sales performance of our Willoughby and Toledo branches as well as new branches to be launched. You will mentor our internal team, guiding and supporting career pathing. You will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to meet business objectives, build strong client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and strategic direction to branch managers and their teams to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

Implement our already developed sales strategy to expand market share and drive growth.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their staffing needs and ensure outstanding service delivery.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPI's) and financial metrics to assess branch performance and identify areas for improvement.

Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute regional business plans that align with company goals.

Recruit, train and develop branch managers and staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated team.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all branches.

Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the staffing industry, with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

Strong understanding of sales and business development strategies in the staffing industry.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Experience managing teams across multiple locations.
