Morton Deburring Details:

• Deburring
• Pay range from $18-$20
• Morton, IL
• First Shift, 6am – 4:00pm Monday-Thursday, 6am – 2:00pm Friday

Responsibilities:

• Inspecting finished products and ensuring complying with legal specifications
• Ensuring the product parts fit the client’s needs.
• Strong attention to detail
• Checking the machinery and making necessary adjustments.
• Performing manual adjustments, rechecking machinery for accuracy with specifications.
• familiarity with quality control standards and blueprints.
• solid understanding of metal finishing and deburring processes and proficiency in using gauging processes.

Qualifications:

• Able to work on a deadline
• Able to lift a minimum of 50lbs. all day long
• Physical labor daily
• Able to perform general math
• Self-starter with minimal supervision
• Able to work in a team environment
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work independently
