Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Shifts Available:

* 2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM (Rotating Weekend Coverage)

* 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (Rotating Weekend Coverage)

* Training on 1st Shift (6:30 AM - 2:30 PM)

Compensation:

* Range: $36.15 - $41.60 based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure machinery and equipment reliability through preventive maintenance.

* Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

* Read and interpret equipment manuals, diagrams, and work orders.

* Use hand tools and measuring instruments for parts dimensional changes.

* Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate machinery and equipment.

* Adhere to plant safety policies and participate in safety programs.

* Provide guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.

* Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma (or equivalent) or technical training.

* 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

* Ability to select and operate hand, power, and specialty tools.

* Operational knowledge of automated industrial machinery and systems.

* Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.

* Strong problem-solving skills.

* Effective communication skills.

* Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant software.
