As a Payor Contracting and Credentialing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing the credentialing and contracting processes for both behavioral health and medical services.
Your responsibilities will involve ensuring the timely completion of enrollment applications and coordinating the review and updates of all payor contracts.
Additionally, you will lead the management of payer issues and keep internal leadership teams informed through detailed reporting.

Responsibilities
Contract Oversight and Accountability : Distill key business terms from all contracts by stakeholder groups such as Admissions, Discharge Planning, and Billing.
Contract Renewals and Terminations : Proactively alert supervisors about all
upcoming contract renewals and terminations. Manage the renewal process and coordinate efforts to address contract terminations efficiently.
Payer Issue Resolution : Lead and manage all payer-related issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
Credentialing and Contract Management : Oversee the credentialing process with new payors as required. Submit and track enrollment applications to ensure timely completion.
Monitor, maintain, and coordinate reviews and updates to all payor contracts.
Data Management and Reporting : Prepare detailed credentialing and contracting reports for internal leadership. Maintain accurate and up-to-date credentialing and contracting databases.
Stakeholder Education and Collaboration : Educate billing and clinical teams on the specifics of contracts, including any terms related to value-based or alternative payment models.
Collaborate with various departments to support the negotiation and execution of contracts.
Policy and Compliance : Keep abreast of policy changes, billing requirements, and payor-specific guidance, communicating relevant changes to necessary
departments while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
Pay : $60,000 - $65,000 Annually
