We are searching for an experienced Content Creator/ Director to work out of our corporate office in Palm Springs, FL

As the Content Creator/Director, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling narratives through various mediums, including film, videography, and written content. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute content strategies that resonate with our audience and drive engagement. You will be tying in content videos on addiction and mental health that is tied to the algorithm to link to our company's sites to drive in business.

Pay: $250,000- $350,000.00

Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, develop, and produce high-quality video content, including but not limited to short films, documentaries, and promotional videos.
- Lead video production from pre-production planning to post-production editing, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Write and edit scripts, storyboards, and other creative materials to effectively communicate key messages and brand stories.
- Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and increase organic visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align content initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and improve content strategies.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of content campaigns and inform future strategies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our target audience, including their preferences, behaviors, and pain points.
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in video production, including videography, editing, and producing.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and experience implementing SEO strategies in content creation.
- Familiarity with behavioral health topics and industry trends is preferred.
- Excellent storytelling abilities with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
