Stafford Crane Group (SCG) of Phoenix is seeking a Mobile Crane Operations Manager.

Duties:

• Manage and assign mobile crane operators
• Serve as A/D Director for large hydro crane build up and large picks
• Coordinate with billing and dispatch
• Coordinate with and support tower crane E&D teams on planning and executing tower crane events
• Ensure safe practices and procedures are followed at all times
• Work with SCG management on mobile crane department strategic planning
• Periodic "fill in" work as crane operator or erector on an as-needed basis

Qualifications:

• Substantial experience with large hydro mobile crane operations
• Complete familiarity with all applicable mobile crane safety standards and practices
• Comfortable with all aspects of managing, training and developing staff
• Positive attitude and team player; well organized with great attention to detail

Familiarity with tower crane operations is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right individual.
